Computer software including CAD and "Finglow" programmes ensure that all mechanical design is performed in-house. International Design Codes such as ASME, PD5500, AD Merkblatt and Stoomwezen form the basis of RMF's design capability.

In addition, RMF Engineering Ltd. can provide "Bespoke Solutions" to your engineering problems. Expertise in the mechanical design and manufacture of exotic metal fabrication puts the Company at the forefront of this industry.

Welding procedures are qualified to recognised international manufacturing codes and are endorsed by Lloyds or other recognised independent inspection organisations.

Our two covered workshops provide 1,300 sq m of floor space and 5.5m workable ceiling height. Welding equipment includes manual and automatic TIG, Plasma, Arc, MMA and MIG.

Maximum sizes of equipment for construction are:-

• Diameter of 4500m
• Thickness of 50mm (approx)
• Length of 45m (approx)
• Weight of 60 tonnes (approx)
